PFI Hospital FM Contract £40m
Due to commercial and contractual issues between the SPV and a national FM provider, AA were appointed to provide contract support and strategic management of the on site activities. AA worked with the legal team and as an integral part of the site team in order to identify the key issues and assist in developing a strategy to negotiate a settlement agreement. AA’s wide ranging experience from ‘hands on’ experience in Facilities Management to Board Level strategic management provided the client with a detailed understanding of the requirements under the FM Contract and associated risks.
