Wayne Adkins started his construction and facilities management career with Powerminster Limited (part of the Gleeson Group of companies). He was with Powerminster for 5 years, managing a PFI project called Grove Village.
In 2011, Wayne Adkins Associates Limited. Using his construction experience and skills with computer software, Wayne became a Programme Analyst. He has been a key member in producing Delay Analysis for the team. Wayne has recently completed his Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. Wayne is also a key member of our Dispute Resolution team, where he has been involved in many projects.

Martyn has wide and extensive experience in the Construction industry and in particular he has specialised in MEP Building Engineering Services, Facilities Management, Infrastructure and the Support Services Sectors. Having worked at various levels in these sectors, he has a vast range of skills together with executive strategic management experience.
Martyn has been responsible for delivering major MEP projects including HSBC Tower, South-East London Police PFI, Grove Village (the pathfinder Social Housing PFI), Critical National Infrastructure, to name a few. Martyn’s wide ranging experience together with his dispute resolution work has enabled him to act as a Technical Expert and Expert Witness on a variety of complex cases.

A Specialist Construction Professional, with 32 years of experience within Rail, Civil Engineering, Housing, Retail, Education and Leisure and PPP Partnerships, with a proven track record commercial delivery of large -scale projects up to a value of £7 Billion. First-hand experience Dispute Resolution and the provision of Contractual Advice, including the full management complex Adjudications and Arbitrations through to final award or enforcement.

Conscientious project planner and delay analyst with wide ranging commercial knowledge. Experienced in planning all stages of projects from feasibility to final account. Keen to make a difference and share 25 years of planning experience. Proficient in the use of planning tools including Primavera P6 (v5 to 8), PertMaster, PowerProject, MS Project & MS Office.
Adrian has particular experience in planning and delay analysis under the NEC3 and NEC4 contract.
Adrian’s experience includes planning railway, highways and civil engineering, and his most recent experienceis in planning the construction of a new 4 lane road bridge across the A444 dual carriageway in Coventry and in analysing delays on a £500M tram project in the UK.

James has a pragmatic and practical operational style gained from 23 years on the ground PFI experience across the both the Educational, Healthcare and Police sectors. The overwhelming majority of this has been reporting General Manager. He is valued and trusted by Project Company directors. Additionally, he has operated as a Board Director for the Birmingham BSF and is currently a Regional General Manager with a number of General Manager reports in addition to being directly responsible for 2 major hospital projects.
He has a wide experience gained from dealing with all types of individuals from Directors to Shop floor and currently holds excellent relationships with both Client Representatives and Subcontractor Representatives. Equally he has a wide PFI experience including the construction phase from ground up, transition to operations, long term operational and their relationships, major refinances and identification of defects.
Has a proven ability to develop innovative solutions to resolve issues for clients and improve the stability of projects and thereby the returns of both Shareholders and Subcontractors.
