PFI Hospital FM Contract Tram Extension

PFI Hospital FM Contract £40m

Due to commercial and contractual issues between the SPV and a national FM provider, AA were appointed to provide contract support and strategic management of the on site activities. AA worked with the legal team and as an integral part of the site team in order to identify the key issues and assist in developing a strategy to negotiate a settlement agreement. AA’s wide ranging experience from ‘hands on’ experience in Facilities Management to Board Level strategic management provided the client with a detailed understanding of the requirements under the FM Contract and associated risks.

AA are experienced in providing project support to either support the site team deal with specific issues or to provide interim/long term Senior Management support due to unforeseen circumstances. AA can mobilise the required support quickly and have the experience to integrate with the existing personnel, providing no nonsense detailed reports as required.

Tram Extension £400m

Following a dispute between the two JV Partners on a significant transport infrastructure project, AA were appointed by one of the parties to provide contract support and to carry out a strategic review of the design and construction programme. The in depth review identified a number of co-ordination and programming issues which were critical events which culminated in the project being delayed and additional costs being incurred. This mater was successfully resolved via adjudication which involved AA providing key evidence and expert opinion on a number of matters.
