The Core team has worked together for over 20 Years.
Having worked in the same company in the early 1990’s, team members have gone on to establish themselves in their area of expertise, be it dispute resolution, quantity surveying, project management or electrical & mechanical engineering services in both the building, civil engineering and FM sectors of the industry.
In recent years, more of the commissions received by individual team members demanded a larger team approach towards accomplishing the commission’s aim. So, the Team of Adkins Associates was formed to facilitate our clients’ growing needs and a growing client base.
During our time in the construction industry, as members of the team and as individuals, we have come to hold specific common values that enable us to work together efficiently on behalf of our clients.

Providing a service in a manner that reflects the potential advantage available to our clients.
Our focus is not only on resolving any dispute but also undertaking such services cost-efficiently. We are not in the business of achieving high fee earnings but instead focused on ensuring that our clients fee expenditure is proportionate to the prospects available in the particular circumstances we encounter.
